Vegan Ice Cream

If you like to avoid dairy and added sugar, or you’re just up for something new and delicious, this incredible strawberry banana ‘ice cream’ delivers all the taste and pleasure with none of the guilt. It’s easy. Give it a try. You’ll be amazed!

  • 4 Bananas, peeled, sliced. Freeze overnight. Sit out 20 minutes 
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of Almond Butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c whole strawberries then some to pulse for chunks

Step 1

Blend Bananas and almond butter in food processor.

  • Add vanilla. Add strawberries blend until smooth
  • Add more strawberries and pulse only to leave chunks
  • Transfer to container for freezer and chill 30 minutes before eating

Then eat in a beautifully relaxing location…. this is my backyard.
